Vaishali joined ATI as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in March 2024. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for HF Sinclair Corporation. She was part of the diversified energy company for over 12 years, starting as Counsel at HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners, L.P. Vaishali began her career as an associate at the multinational law firm Jones Day. She graduated with a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2022, she was named "DFW General Counsel of the Year for a Mid-Size Legal Department" by the Texas Law Book and DFW Association of Corporate Counsel.
